Kim Kardashian Reveals Intense Workout Routine and Tips from Personal Trainer

Kim Kardashian, 42, revealed her intense workout routine on Instagram over the weekend.[0] The reality star, who is known for inspiring others with her toned body, showed off her sculpted physique in a black sleeveless crop top and matching leggings.[1] Fingerless gloves completed her workout look as she worked with a resistance band, weights, and more.

Kim previously shared snapshots and videos of her at the gym, including a photoshoot with a nude bikini and thigh-high boots.[2] She also had her long blonde hair down and posed sitting and standing on the exercise equipment.[3]

The mother-of-four posted a video of herself working hard in the gym, showing off her strong arms in her black tank top and a pair of eye-popping leggings which highlighted her toned thighs and infamous bum.[1] She captioned the post: “Just trying to be like her today![4] Crazy workout even when I was tired and didn’t feel like it I got up and pushed myself and ended having one of my strongest workouts!”[4]

Kim thanked her personal trainer, Senada Greca, who was with her in the photo.[3] She also found humour at her facial expressions in the gym and added the caption: “These hip thrusts really are disturbing lol. My face at the end lol.”[3]

In an interview with Vogue, Kim admitted to doing most of her workouts at around 5:30 a.m. and only getting around five hours of sleep a night.[3] At the time, she commented that she was in the pinnacle of her physical condition.[5]

Kim also posted a photo of her home gym and wrote: “6am workout Before the kids are awake.”[0] For her weight lifting session, the model wore a pair of sleeveless sports gloves and had a pink resistance band for part of her workout. She performed Romanian deadlifts, lateral squats, hip thrusts and more during her session.[5]

Senada Greca is also working out in Mexico in her swimsuit and shared a video on the beach in Cabo San Lucas.[2] She captioned the post: “On a short work trip to Cabo, with no time to lounge, so why not combine a bit of sun and with some of my favorite exercises. Beach workouts are a must try. The simplest of movements will challenge you in a new way.[6] Give it a try. Train with me.[2]
